*Move That Booty! Regular aerobic exercises and activities will strengthen your body and help reduce fat.
*Watch What You Eat- Common sense, the better you eat, the better your body will look. If you eat tons of fatty foods, fat will accumulate.
* Massage-When your skin is firmly massaged, blood flow will increase and help prevent and breakdown cellulite.
