Have you ever hit your funny bone? Let’s face it, it definitely is not funny. Sometimes we can be a wee bit clumsy and bump into our desk, door knob, or even coffee table. I don’t know about you, but I am not a fan of discolored spots. Even though most bruises go away on their own after a couple of days, if you could help speed the process up wouldn’t you? Well, I have the answer on how to heal your bruises faster. That way, you can flaunt your summer outfit without these painful spots! Here are a few tips:
- After your accident occurs, apply an ice pack right away! This will help to reduce inflammation. Try using a bag of peas (my favorite) or putting the ice cubs inside of a wash cloth. Leave this on for about 30 minutes.
- Try using an anti-inflammatory cream such as Glymed Plus Arnica+Healing Cream. This homeopathic formula will reduce healing time!
- Apply a warm towel or compress to the affected area to prevent any further pain.
With these tips, hopefully we can minimize the healing process for our nasty bruises!
