“Waterproof” Sunscreen Really Isn’t

Most sunscreen labels say that they are “water-resistant.” This means that the sunscreen will protect your skin for up to 40 minutes. It is very important to reapply accordingly. Thirty-five percent of woman still aren’t wearing sunscreen at all. It takes about one ounce to cover up your body, and if you are going to be in the sun for about 6 hours, I suggest you reapply twice!
